I bought my Bronco in Norwalk in June of this year. That dealer closed just when I noticed an oil leak. I called Stamford and they were fantastic. They took me in immediately and fixed the issue quickly. They kept me up to date on timing and were very responsive. I will use them for all service going forward and will buy my future Fords from them as well.

Went there again for service. Desk reps are terrific, helpful. They seem either overworked (need more help during peek times?), or not given authority they need. They should be able to tell how much time the procedure will take within an hour or hour and a half, but it appears to be more like a guesstimate. Perhaps the service manager could work more closely with the service desk to apprise them of when cars being service will likely be completed so they can have a better idea how long you will need to wait. I know it’s difficult because things unexpectedly happen but there could be better coordination between the service area and the service desk.

Michael was extremely professional, listened to my wants and concerns very well, & did not try to upsell me on anything other than I wanted. Within 2-3 hours, I left with a beautiful new (to me) Transit Van in which I felt was extremely fair priced. Michael with sales was very attentive with ne, knew what I was looking for, figured out how I wanted to buy and notified me when truck available. Pointed out the correct timing for incentives and pointed out ways to save money. I believe his name is Carlos in financing was super nice and he was very clear about the documents and warranties. And I think it is Dan stayed very late to go over all the details of the truck abd get me.on to FordPass. Excellent service!
