Bobby was my service advisor. Honest straight forward guy. Highly recommend going to him. My review is based on him solely. I dislike the way to make a service appointment that a message must left and an appointment is made for you off that message hours later. All without speaking to a person until you arrive to the dealer.

Solved a problem that another dealer could not. The hybrid functionality of my F-150 was not working but also not creating codes or chrck engine light ao genuinely required an expert to do diagnostics. Thankfully Chris Carbone my SA listened to my concerns and had the team identify and resolve the issue with Ford Engineering’s help. (My specific issue required driving for at least 10-15 minutes for the problem to materialize). Another dealer just drove the truck and told me it was working when it was not. Thanks Chris and team for hearing me out and working to fix my issue. Just as with purchasing the truck, it was worth the extra drive to bring it back to you guys.
