Michael was AMAZING! Very professional! As well as everyone else who helped from the paperwork to them taking time sitting in the car with us explaining every detail even though it was after 6pm when they were closed and didn’t rush anything. I love Stamford Ford. I’m always treated well and have always been happy with the cars I have leased. From the Explorers, to the Bronco Sport, to the Bronco Big Bend. They keep improving and have impressed me every time. Marco, is calm and collected and gets the monthly price down as low as he can. Kevin is full of personality and so helpful and efficient! The finance guy was swift and finally the awesome guy who explained how everything works in my new Bronco-these guys are an awesome team. They know how to make sure that their customers are happy. They even pick up and drop off my car for services! Stamford Ford is the best!

Stamford ford staff were great. Many of us have had bad experiences with car dealers. My experience was nothing but exceptional. I had a problem with my new vehicle, from the factory, not the dealer. I explained my problem, they listened, came up with a solution and a realistic time frame. Then, they delivered. I had the same experience with the parts department for aftermarket items.
